These terms are a contract between you and Midnight Veil Designs (“we,” “the house”) for use of midnightveildesigns.com, which is provided through Fourthwall (the “Service”).
If you use the Service or place an order, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
If this page conflicts with Delivery or Returns & FAQ on an order, those two pages control the order. The rest of this contract still applies.
The house
Adult studio. Heavy box tees and hoods. No children’s line.
We sell garments through the site.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13. You have not been banned from the Service. Your use complies with the law. If you accept these terms for a company, you have authority to bind it.
Accounts
Some features need an account. Keep your details accurate. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on the account. If it is no longer secure, write to contact@support.midnightveildesigns.com. Payment prices are in US dollars (Or converted currency). You see the total before you pay. You authorise us and the payment processor to charge the method you use, including tax. A card may be pre-authorised before the charge.
We can change prices. The price at checkout is the price for that order. Offers made to someone else do not apply to you.
Memberships
If you start a membership with recurring billing, you authorise periodic charges until you cancel or we end it. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancel in your billing tab or by emailing contact@support.midnightveildesigns.com.
Price, tax, and shipping
The price on the product page includes tracked shipping. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Hoods ship from the United States.
Tees ship from the United States or Latvia, depending on destination.
Tees: most arrive 7–10 days after you order.
Australia and New Zealand: up to 2 weeks.
Australia and New Zealand: up to 2 weeks.
Hoods: 10–14 days after you order.
You get a tracking email when the parcel leaves the facility.
International tracking can sit still for a few days. That is normal.
A parcel that starts in the United States and enters the EU or UK can face import formalities in addition to tax.
Returns
If the fit is wrong: return the piece unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery. We refund or issue store credit so you can order the size that works. You cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item.
If the garment arrives faulty: send a photo. We replace it.
Otherwise the piece is final sale.The 30 days start when the carrier marks the parcel delivered.
You can ask to cancel or change an order within 2 hours. After that the order cannot be changed.
Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived.
Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, sell, or break the Service, except where the law says you may.
Feedback
If you send ideas or complaints, we may use them without paying you.
Ownership
The plates, photographs, marks, code, and copy on the site belong to the house or its licensors. Buying a garment does not buy the artwork.
Conduct
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe rights, spread malware, scrape accounts, impersonate anyone, or sell access to the Service.
Changes and ending access
We can change these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
We or Fourthwall can suspend or close an account. You can close yours by emailing contact@support.midnightveildesigns.com. Sums already due remain due. Licence, ownership, indemnity, disclaimers, and the legal clauses below survive.
We can change or stop the Service. We are not obliged to keep every feature.
Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you will defend and indemnify Midnight Veil Designs and Fourthwall against claims that arise from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows. Use of the site is at your own risk.
These terms and any purchase are between you and Midnight Veil Designs. Fourthwall is not a party to the sale and is not liable for it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Other terms
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any extra rules we post are the whole agreement. You may not assign them. We may. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stands.
Governing law: California, without conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. Lawsuits permitted under these terms may be brought in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California, except where your country’s courts must hear the claim.
You consent to electronic notices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The site ships internationally. Local law still applies. Do not use the Service where it is illegal.
We are not obliged to provide support. When we do, it follows the policies on the site.
California residents
